REGISTRATION AND POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICIES:

  1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheque or Cash in person. Our online payment system, Amilia, accepts Visa, Mastercard or E-Check payments only.
  2. Most fees will be paid using your Amilia account. Most Pro Shop items will be paid in-shop.
  3. Sibling discounts of 10% apply to each subsequent sibling after the primary sibling. The primary sibling is the sibling enrolled in the highest-level program. Sibling discounts only apply to competitive and prep team fees.
  4. All fees are final and must be paid even if you leave, drop out or are removed for any reason.
  5. We do not prorate fees if you are starting late into a program. All fees are inclusive of all aspects of the team, regardless of the time you start or end our program.
  6. An NSF of $25 will be added to any returned payments.
  7. Delinquent accounts must not exceed 60 days in order to remain in the program. An athlete will sit out of practice until the account is no longer delinquent. If the account remains delinquent for more than 90 days then the athlete will be removed from the team.

Cancellations/Withdrawals and Refund Policies

 The following policies are in effect as of January 1, 2022. Any cancellation, withdrawal or request for refund should be in writing and emailed directly to [email protected].

  1. Closure due to Covid19 – This applies when the government has issued a stay-at-home order or closed our business:
    1. If the closure is less than 1 month, then Limelight will hold team practices on Zoom.
    2. If the closure is longer than 1 month, then we will extend our season and offer Zoom classes simultaneously.
    3. If we are unable to extend our season, then Limelight will offer credits for missed training. For members able to use the credits, we will issue refunds.
  2. Withdrawal from a team (competitive or prep):
    1. 10 Day cooling off period – Within 10 days after your first payment or first practice (whichever comes first), a full refund will be issued.
    2. 90 Day Refund – Within 90 days after your first payment or first practice (whichever comes first), a 50% refund will be issued. Any fees for apparel or competitions that have been paid to the vendor will not be refunded.
    3. 91 Days or more – After 90 days from your first payment or first practice (whichever comes first), there is no refund. Should you have remaining monthly payments on file, those fees will still be processed.
    4. Withdrawal requests must be written via email to [email protected] before any upcoming installment payments to allow for cancellations.
  3. Removal from our program:
    1. Athletes can be removed for breaking our policies, attitude and behaviours not suited for Limelight Allstars, or for any reason Limelight Allstars deems necessary.
    2. A parent or athlete can cause an athlete removal from our program. All athletes and parents are expected to follow our policies.
    3. Anyone removed from our program is not guaranteed a refund on any fees previously paid, but future installments will be cancelled.
  4. Drop-In Class/Event Cancellations:
    1. Classes:
      1. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a class for a refund. Any cancellations that are less than 24-hour notice will not be refunded.
      2. If using a multipass, the class will be put back on the multipass and no actual refund will be given.
    2. Camps/Workshops:
      1. A 7-day notice is required to cancel a camp or workshop and receive a full refund.
      2. Any cancellations less than 7 days, but more than 24 hours will be issued a full credit on your account.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will NOT be issued a refund or credit.
  1. Recreational Cheer:
    1. 10 Day cooling off period – Within 10 days after your first payment or first practice (whichever comes first), a full refund will be issued
    2. After 10 days – There is no refund or credit for withdrawals or cancellations.
  2. Gym Closures due to weather or other non-Covid19 reasons – All classes or team practices will:
    1. Be made up later, when possible.
    2. Classes or events that cannot be made up (i.e., workshops, camps, specific classes) will be issued a credit or refund.
    3. No refunds or credits will be given for missed team practices.
  3. Apparel:
    1. Pro Shop items that are in stock and on our shelves:
      1. May get a full refund with 10 days of purchase.
      2. These items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits or exchanges will be provided, but there are no refunds after 10 days.
  • Any items that have been worn are not available for exchanges, credits or refunds.
  1. Uniforms and special-order items:
    1. May get a full refund with 10 days of purchase, with a withdrawal from the program. Otherwise, there is no refund.
    2. After 10 days, there are no refunds.
  • Once ordered, there are no exchanges. Your order must be accurate with sizing to ensure you get the correct size.
  1. Injury Policy:
    1. Athletes that are injured are still required to attend practice and participate at their ability level. There is no refund or credit while healing other than what is previously stated in this document.
    2. If the injury is so severe that the athlete must quit the program, the customer will discuss refund/credit options with Limelight Allstars in this unique situation.
